Our business is to act as attorney and counselor at law for our estate planning clients. We assist our clients in developing wealth transition and business succession plans to accomplish their goals. In the process we reduce or eliminate capital gains, estate, gift and generation skipping taxes. As part of this process we give clients the opportunity to pass value, responsibility, and work stewardship ethics to their heirs.

Mr. Dundon is a frequent lecturer on Estate Planning and asset protection vehicles, and Employee Benefit issues. Recent presentations were to members of the National Network of Estate Planning and the Esperti Peterson Institute. He conducts continuing education presentations for attorneys, accountants, and insurance professionals.

He is married to his wife Ann, for 28 years, and has three children Kate, Jeff, and Deirdre. He enjoys hiking, sailing, reading, and history.
